For digital products: 
Unfortunately, due to our products being digital products I can not offer a refund or exchange. We try our best to put all the answers and requirements in descriptions and on videos to make sure you know what you are purchasing and how to use. That being said, if you do have an issue please let us know! We want you to LOVE your products!
For physical products:
