Ingredients
1 Ezekiel tortilla
3 eggs
½ cup cottage cheese
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 handful baby spinach, chopped
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
A little feta cheese, crumbled
Salt, to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the tortilla in a pie dish, pressing it down to form a crust.
