This 2-Minute Microwave No-Flour Apple Peanut Butter Bread has quickly become one of my go-to recipes for busy days. It’s proof that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring—or complicated!
Ingredients
2 TBS peanut butter
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Maple Syrup
⅓ medium Apple Cubed
1 Egg
pinch of Salt
Directions
Chop the apple into small cubes and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together the peanut butter, egg, baking powder, maple syrup, and pinch of salt.
Stir well until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
Gently fold in the apple cubes.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap (poke a few holes) or use a silicone cover.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly before serving.
